License-Ready Package ($499, one time)
- Before your readiness review call: cancel for a full refund. Just email us.
- After the call: because the work is custom to your agency, the package is non-refundable once the review has taken place. If we don't deliver what's described within 5 business days of your call, we'll refund you in full.
Always Ready ($149/month)
- Cancel anytime from the "manage subscription" link in your receipt email, or by emailing us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
- We don't give refunds for partial months.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
